It is with sadness we announce the heavenly transition of Chaz Blasingame, age 37, of Covington, Kentucky, who entered eternal rest on Monday, September 19, 2022, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born on August 4, 1985, in Fort Wright, Kentucky.
Visitation is from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm, on Thursday, October 6, 2022, at the Walker Funeral Home - Walnut Hills Chapel, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati (45206). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 3:00 pm.
In keeping with CDC Covid19 Guidelines, we encourage those who are not fully vaccinated to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
