Arthur Lee Higgins, age 78, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away on Monday, April 5, 2021, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   He was born June 6, 1942, in Cincinnati, Ohio.  

Visitation is from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm, on  Friday, April 9, 2021, at the Bethel Baptist Church, 2712 Alms Place, Cincinnati  (45206).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 12:00 pm. Everyone attending must wear a mask and practice social distancing.

Interment will follow at Spring Grove Cemetery, 4521 Spring Grove Avenue, Cincinnati, 45232.

In keeping with the Covid-19 Pandemic restrictions masks are required in order to enter  the service and social distancing must be practiced.  Please be prepared to comply for the safety of all.
